You also receive quarterly Profit & loss and Balance Sheet Statements so you can maximize your profit opportunities. Clients of 3 months good standing receive Basic Year End Service at no additional cost! One time set up fee applies.
Enhanced Plan
Our most popular, this plan is perfect for the small business. It’s not your side gig, it’s your living. It includes everything in the Basic Bookkeeping package PLUS Accounts Receivable (send invoices to customers), Accounts Payable (pay vendor bills), tracking payments to 1099 subcontractors, and filing sales tax returns. We also provide Year End Services to make sure everything is wrapped up and ready to go for tax time. In fact, we work directly with your CPA or tax preparer all year to make sure that they have everything they need! To help with cash flow, Set Up fees are split into two monthly payments.
Full Service Plan
Not only is your business well established, but you’re ready to grow! This package includes everything from the Enhanced Bookkeeping level, and offers purchase orders, inventory tracking, job costing, and class & location tracking. We also take care of your CAT tax and Unclaimed Funds returns! We know you want more detailed and frequent reports to get the information to grow your business, and we’ve got them ready when you need them. Don’t forget your budget, we help with that too. The on-boarding costs are easily covered with three monthly payments.
